I am trying to figure out why she shouldn't be held personally liable for the situation, if Harry's information is true. He cited her as the direct cause of this debacle. And as an agent of the OTCM, they are responsible for her actions. If the OTCM is not a regulatory agency, are they a private/public company? Everything has to be something- if they arent a part of the SEC/FINRA, then what are they? Somebody needs to get sued over this.
