That's an interesting take. Would you go as far as hoping that Harry and crew change their mind even though they issued the letter? I have some serious doubts unfortunately, but am open to ideas about all this.
That is possible but you are assuming that they have proof of everything he is claiming. Court of law, not court of public opinion would matter if he was telling the truth.
