From the way it was traded, I would guess the actual float should be around 500m (it is a 10+ year old stock, most of the shares locked away in some dusty accounts). I did not see dilution. I would expect some news in 4~5 month if everything goes right. But those things can easily go wrong. I am in for the DTC chill.
