Washing shares back and forth between colluding entities to create a buzz when they suspect some sheep might be ready to be fleeced....been going on for many years here. Costs next to nothing and may allow them to sell some worthless shares. That would be my guess. I mean....it's less than 12k in dollar volume. When you consider much of the trading is likely just games it amounts to nothing
