Empty I can not see any reason that they will not get the loan. They are batteling about terms and conditions. Solomon as we ”know him” will fight til the bitter end to get it his way, but will have to surrender eventually. Thats why ”this week” is a good guess! This week better than last.... The situation we have now is ”impossible”. The existing lenders will force a solution.
