you are mistaking this OTC scam as a company with actual assets. their own CFO stated that they don't own any of this stuff and even the land use rights (they don't own the land) lots of it is swamp land and thus needs to be written down written off. imagine now they take a "charge" for stuff they don't even own? that's right. so the "company" at $0.30 per share is going to write off $100 million (around $3usd per share) so you have to laugh.....

What do you think of them filing the 10K/A? I remember you said you thought they'd have problems and not be able to file it. Now they have.
