AmeriCann will receive a performance fee on all sales, a royalty on AmeriCann’s infused product and extraction line, a monthly consulting fee and monthly lease payments" on the website. Seems WGP properties owns it on the records and we know how that investment turned out for now. Not unlike the land deal loss. But hey, lets keep people in the dark. Transparency? LOL!
