In my opinion it's the best CW in the market! It is not from concentrate (a method used by other brands to save shipping costs), but is sealed in a can at the source in Vietnam and shipped that way. I think the young green coconuts in Vietnam are the best tasting. The only other ingredient besides the coconut water,in the plain CW is ascorbic acid. It's used as a preservative. Ascorbic acid is simply a form of vitamin C, so you get an extra health benefit with that addition. There is no added sugar. It has a long shelf life since it's sealed in a can. No refrigeration is needed until opened. I like the plain CW, others like the CW with pineapple. I sometimes add fresh pineapple chunks to the plain. A little dark rum makes a special treat.
Once you taste it you will be hooked! My first taste sold me!! ENJOY!!!
