although this stock has been horrific lately, if you look at other small biotech stocks, they are off by around the same amount too so it's not isolated to vtgn

At least on Seeking Alpha they are more likely to DISCLOSE their positions!

Just regurgitating nonsense from people with disclosed positions

or affiliations with the company.

The SEC has brought charges against people here who FAILED TO DISCLOSE their compensation/affiliation...
