I have seen promo loading on a much larger scale than this many times, however, I'm not sure if the volume spike we're seeing here is a precursor to a awareness campaign or promo yet.
IMO the volume seems too intermittent, it just a couple huge blocks, followed by a very small amount of retail buying, idk it's really hard to say. I would not rule out a possible promo, but I'm not 100% convinced yet either......clearly something is going on, the volume increase and large blocks here are extremely unusual for this ticker historically.....but what I have no clue.
