I'm thinking .0002's are a buying opportunity but not to go overboard. If they raise the A/S .0001's should almost be guaranteed at that point.

They may have raised enough funding through the sale of shares to buy their second acquisition that would benefit HOPP or expand HOPP operations in Mexico. If a PR was dropped saying either or & the theoretical revenue potential, this may make a move back up. If it does it might be wise to take profits along the way and sit on free shares here until the $8M annual revenue company is fully funded.
