This in turn means companies like this one are less likely to dilute, since they will finally have funding.

This is the main issue right now in this industry, not having the ability to receive funding from traditional lenders. Which, is why we are seeing dilution with HEMP and many other companies in this sector.
That will all start to change though with McConnell's introduction of his hemp legislation next week.
