My 2 cents, the $2 dilution was to cover a couple things.........help adage and ensure from a compliance standpoint they had a years worth of cash in hand to fend off lawsuits for those here who believe the company is worth much more than what it will be purchased for...........I truly think $1B bottom line is doable ..........get it done Tony the "eye of the tiger"
