The problem with that theory is that there was a six month period before Eagle could convert and Mann was buying the entire time. Actually he was buying much heavier during that time and at a higher pps. His pattern has not wavered, though the increments have varied from 1k-10k, and he always hits the ask.
Not to say that management is above reproach here but these guys have taken no salary for years and Mann came out of pocket for around $150,000 last year. They stand to lose much more here than any shareholder.
