I also spoke with Tony very recently, and he said he is still optimistic on the CA deals in Africa, India, Vietnam, and Indonesia (Solomon is working on his own on this one) and both Africa and Vietnam are still very interested but the Tri-way loan has taken much of Solomon's time away from these deals.
