I think Zion management was planning on putting out this PR and had it ready, with some modifications as needed. I wonder if the take down was a last ditch effort to get shares because someone knew this PR was on its way. Leaks from the SEC or from Israeli sources, or somewhere else in the chain of the oil industry - or just anticipating that it was coming soon. Anyway, I am ready to just watch Zion go up lol.
