well The Japanese have been awarded this project. There is no connection to PSPW other than a solar project that we are not part of. I only posted the entire article to help the previous poster from France.( Heilkon) .I doubt Pspw is gearing up for this..I'm hoping they are gearing up for some projects in Albania
