I remember them saying they were working on it and that things were going good, and that was all they could say at this time. So I am not too certain that its even worked out yet, or what the terms may be, and all this TS stuff may have dampened the subs enthusiasm. I expect they are negotiating some sort of cash and stock deal, but I doubt all parties will take that deal. Dont forget one MOBOT share holder has already filed a suit for action so I dont think that person will take NEOM stock.

And as for the BOD buying stock, what about the CEO. Have you looked at how many actual shares he owns? He owns all options basically except I think a couple thousand shares of actual common stock. At least several of the BOD do hold shares of common, but thats not the case with OFFICERS of the company. When I say officers I am excluding the BOD as a seperate entity.

Joe: I thought he just indicated that negotiations with the former shareholders of the subs on that issue were taking place and that they were progressing well. I interpreted that as meaning that they may accept a later date if they get something extra for agreeing to a later date.

Joe,
Couldn't agree more.

And when they prosper, you could write a book about it...
Accending from Microcap Hell...
"one persons account of riding the microcap investing wave as an investor in
NeoMedia, from
total obscurity to become the number one growth stock in 2007-08".

I hope NEOm is on the road to having cash available or they will have to issue a few hundred million more shares to keep their burn rate the same. Folks it's beyond hopeless for qode to be anywhere successful in today's market. Peoples behavior needs to change in thinking they even need to access something that qode offers. US users aren't falling over subscribing to data plans as many are priced to high.

And something which I have brought up before with nary a discussion or understanding of how qode differentiates with .mobi? What is .mobi one may ask - think of it like .com or .org or .net except the presentation is just for the cell phone. Hence Disney or Coke or any major brand is currently securing their .mobi site making sure they avoid the url pirates taking their brand. Once .mobi is launch qode is irrelevant. Patents be damned.
