Obviously they would want 100% ownership before they would do a spinoff/IPO. The breakdown of equity received by shareholders in MSPC would be approximately equal in value based on market conditions at the time. The only difference would be the enormous upside of an Etelix public offering. I think I'd take that. As I said, this wouldn't happen overnight, and lots of things would happen before then, but do I think this is on the horizon if 5G explodes on the scene as everyone expects and Etelix is in on this global expansion? Yes, I think it's a very possible scenario.
