I think they would have controlling interest IMO because at the time of the $107,000 payment RMRK shares were worth .0001 so in effect you could have bought 1,070,000,000 shares at that time which is just over 50% of the 1.9 billion OS. CRCW also agreed to pay on going expenses in regards to the RMRK acquisition and we have evidence of of that happening in the recent filings.
