Conference call was GREAT! I agree Jimmy, These Fools are trying to scare everyone off. I'm not selling anything, instead buying more now.

As a business owner, her plans sound legit to me and on track. Everyone thinks its as easy as snapping your finger and the stock jumps. She is putting in the necessary steps to make sure they maintain the 5-star rating (which is incredibly important today, I have a Yelp with a perfect 5 star rating from hundreds of people and customers come to me Specifically from seeing this and other customers' experience)

If they franchise and lose control of their quality, it would get ugly and turn the company for worse.

Everything she said and talked about gave me Great Confidence to keep investing, even though past few days were rough.. you have to remember DOW + S&P + Nasdaq are all struggling hard this week!
