Yes, this is now a buying time. As I stated last week, we would have to correct to .014 before any new buying will happen. And yes this stock is highly manipulated as a perfect pump and dump on a regular cycle. By the nature of this stock and company, it wouldn't surprise me if it touches .01 before serious buyers show up. Just my worthless opinion
