Maybe he has nothing good to say.
Maybe there is another issue and he us trying to come up with a plan and phrase it so vaguely that most of the believers assume the issue is already solved.
Maybe he is out of money and can't afford to pay for a PR.
Maybe DuPont offered him .01 cents a share and he is dumb founded that it isn't worth more.
