Most of the shares were issued last year and have already been liquidated by the long term debt holders, during the initial move from subpennies. Any new private placement are restricted for 6+ months

By the time the recent issuances become unrestricted, we’re going to be a revenue producing marijuana grower sitting at much higher levels imo.

PS: Bill claims he will never sign another toxic financing deal again and now that the price is increasing in value, dilution is going to become less and less, while being able to raise greater amounts of money, fueling the amazing opportunity in front of them
