Draw your own conclusions....Cerberus buys "distressed" co's ...with only 1.0b left and no income that we know of I would say we are pretty distressed , Hes not helping us -let alone how would he help anyone else at this point ????? IMO Canoe backed off (thats why the uncharacteristic quiet for the last x months) recall this was a guy who was rocking and rolling putting out 1-3 pr's a month recently now down to zero ! Dont forget his infamous harassment putting the deal in peril quote - that telegraphed to me it was a dead deal at that exact point in time ..... He has now found alt. funding (kudos Franjose),,,AND this is Cerberus' EXACT specialty . Cerberus additionally has offices in Hong Kong as well as the Bahamas . This is a definite lifeline for SANP - we should see some pps movement from this relationship when its announced . IMO
