Not open and they did not buy it. Omega can’t really by anything because they owe millions in judgments they never pay on and their judgment creditors would have the court sell anything they have of value to pay off the judgments. Apparently a subsidiary of theirs signed a lease on that property. I kind of doubt that too. Perhaps it was owned by someone connected to them and the lease is a sham. I don’t know. Every deal they ever tout falls through though and whatever they are doing it’s pretty much always some kind of a sham. The only guys doing any work for Omega, their subsidiary Omega Capital Street got evicted from their offices. These guys have never been good at making money, actually succeeding at anything except talking people out of money and then providing nothing of value in return. That’s pretty much all they do. Doesn’t appear they are doing much of anything now though. The company appears to be dead. Somebody is always posting about how big news is about to come out, but of course that never happens.
