ain't about to start bowing down or genuflecting to your barbs now. Bowing and genuflecting simultaneously is out of the question. We'll move on here.

I had a lot pinned to Turkey Fertilizer too. Otis, you chewed my butt out for it during my grieving stage in January. We'll meet someday at discuss your crappy bed side manner/compassion.

Two days left for reportable earnings (looks like reportable ain't recognized as a real word on this text editor). Who's dikshuneeire they got us on anyway)??¿¿

I'm gonna ask Sanjay on the status of British Leather. Sure ain't getting any answers from others on our Drug Master Filing. Here's a partial e-mail trail to date on CERTIFIED ORGANIC. Good Day Dr. Brockway, Ms. Wan and Mr. Gladtke;
 Primary topic is cotton, however, obviously all agricultural commodities apply.

 I'm a retail investor with ADNAS, been a member of an on-line message board where we share information we have. One of our members is a cotton grower in Texas down near the Woolam Gin and he was able to get info previously on our loss of business there due to lack of organically acceptable criterion.

  It was a little disheartening, but we heard the matter was being pursued.

This last update from our Texas grower (we have two other cotton growers on the board; Arkansas, and California) indicates nothing has been done:

Sharkey, I have needed to post this for a while, been very busy. I did contact Woolam and the Organic Cotton Org. a few weeks ago. No one has heard anything regarding ADNAS getting the tagging of organic cotton approved for labeling. They ( Woolam or Organic Growers Org ) don't seem to be very confident in this process.

Are we pursuing the accreditation for being an acceptable excipient (similar to our FDA quest)? Here's a citation from the Federal Code for filing a petition:

§205.607 Amending the National List.
(a) Any person may petition the National Organic Standards Board for the purpose of having a substance evaluated by the Board for recommendation to the Secretary for inclusion on or deletion from the National List in accordance with the Act.

(b) A person petitioning for amendment of the National List should request a copy of the petition procedures from the USDA at the address in §205.607(c).

(c) A petition to amend the National List must be submitted to: Program Manager, USDA-AMS-NOP, 1400 Independence Ave. SW., Room 2648 So. Bldg., Ag Stop 0268, Washington, DC 20250-0268

Here's a link to the site for the Federal Register Section of that section. Appreciate any Response

I'm cordial with Sanjay, agreeing with Foose on just what he isn't allowed to share with us. Let him know yesterday this should NOT be prioritized.

AND Damn if he DIDN't prioritize my RFI:)

Wednesday and Thursday for news now. Possibilities of Rosier Fertilizer coming in way high just a fairy tale, but I already brought our Black Knight in.

This isn't negative, unless one wants to twist around data to make some FACTS. Other than knees and hand signs with the genuflection, I got other parts of my body I can PRESENT UP.

$1.59 was a good buy in for me too. But we already know I'm a pig.
