That’s an official statement. They are clearly telling us that there is no dilution going on and that soon they will be posting about increased sales and new distribution.

Expecting the CEO to come out every two minutes and make a statement to ensure each individual share holder is ludicrous.

So keep this official statement in mind and the smart thing to do is to hold and or buy. Because they are telling you that the next time they post something it’s going to be about increased sales and new distribution; not to mention the favorable new financing

So believers in the stock need to stop bitching, and the trashiest of this stock need to eat crow because nothing they’re saying is true.

This is what people are willing to pay for your ticker now so the true value is what you see due to your own stupidity Rik. You could have released some positive news when this stock was at or near .0067 but rather you did stick it to the shareholders whom you obviously careless about!!!


We will see "the rising sales" you are gloating about and we do not need to hear anymore about more distribution centers rather we NEED RESULTS Punk

Wrote to Nutra this morning on FB, because....well this hasn't been so much fun watching it bleed to these stupidly low levels....

here is their response....


No new stock has been issued since October. There is no new dilution.

We’re still more than four times off our lows of $0.0003.

Lastly, our market value is incredibly low for what we have. We’ve been valued at over $60M with a current market value of only $3M. As we post rising sales and new distribution, we expect to see improved valuation.
