He has been through this many time before, and is in this for the long run. However, being such a large shareholder I would expect that he either buys more shares, or supports SIAF (i.e loan to repay Loan 1 and/or cash dividend) to avoid lawsuits towards SIAF.
If SIAF is unable to repay Loan 1 this week, then that should (...) be the final straw for Solomon.
