Here is something curious. Jason’s Company was acquired in April according to a press release.
Wouldn’t you consider that a material event? That company was reporting to the SEC. Why wasn’t there ever any 8k?
Is there any SEC filing about the acquisition or the cancelling of the deal some 6 months later?
Any SEC links would be helpful if I missed it somewhere.

And why does the pdf filing on the press release AFTER the termination show Jason Remillard name on it?

Makes me wonder...

And now that company shows “shell risk” rating on it.
