the problem is that most of the time, we found excuses not to jump in. another example is CELZ, someone told me to buy, and I missed the boat. it jumped form $0.0037 yesterday to $0.0125 today

also, when you already own over 10 penny stocks, it's less appealing to keep buying and adding. not a good situation to be in!
