I totally agree that they should do what you're suggesting tilator. In fact IPCI mgmt. themselves originally told us that their plan was in fact to make a 2nd more robust version of Rexista which included the enhanced PODRAS delivery tech platform.
But somewhere along the line they decided to try to take Rexista version I all the way through the FDA approval process then seek a plug and play partner.
And that continues to appear to be their plan pertaining to Rexista...while simultaneously claiming that they're gonna begin PODRAS POC Human Trials themselves.
If they could/would just secure a monster R&D partner for PODRAS IMO the potential here would immediately shoot through the roof. So I hope they can soon launch their PODRAS trials and get on with the biz of securing a large partner for it.

being very business-wise your proposal will bery likely not be considered...given it is not an Odidi idea, therefore not worthy.
As I told you in the past, I am sure you would have done a very nice job for IPCI over the last 12 months. Sad they don't even listen to "pro-bono advises"
