3 mos. since I listened to their last ER. They were looking to snare three large contracts near term. Well they either haven't (no news whatsoever) or are saving it for ER which I doubt. Name change was because of the Euro cancellation of tax breaks for diesel. Then VW really threw a wrench into the sector with their fraud. I just don't know but will not be holding through earnings.
