In the S-1 the CEO stated Bemax has been in business since 2012.

If you check with the Nevada SOS you will see Bemax was incorporated in 2012.

Bemax May have filed with the Nevada sos in 2012.
But they started to sell the product in the United States in 2017 through amazon.
Before that, their main distribution was in Africa.
