It actually would have gone up if it wasn’t being diluted haon has had multiple chances to increase its pps but every time more shares are added to the float. How is the pps going to go up if every time there is news, more shares a diluted onto the investors. Investors here should be pissed off and I say over and over again, this pos doesn’t deserve the volume it gets
