To answer the question, I have learned a few things not disclosed publicly by following some bread crumbs RDW has left on the various boards over the last few months.
Granted RDW can get winded and feisty but, I believe intentions are from the heart.
Everyone is stressed with this company at the moment. Investors (long term) more so than traders (day/swing). All have been caught in the web that is DCTH so giving everyone the benefit of a doubt.
As for me, this 8-K, although normal, is suspect in it's timing. Will explain in a separate post once I do a little more research.
