I think it is great when warrant holders convert, it is a strong sign of support and is what should happen. It is unfortunate that you warrant holders were likely told that the SP would likely be at a much higher price level by now and the discount should not have been needed. It was my guess that many warrants are held by the board and mgmt and since they came up with the discount idea that they would drive the conversion. If they are not converting in great numbers then why should they expect others to do so.
