Ya bcoz they are stuck here for a while.. and they don’t wanna sell at break even or loss after waiting for 6 months or more. This CEO is very shady. I don’t blame OTC to question his filings. They did file last year and the OTC found so many errors.. that they delayed the process to next quarter filings. They have zero in revenue...Of course this is P&D.
