Whoever is offering to sell those 105,000 shares at a price of 14¢ would receive $14,700 minus his trading costs, but it's unlikely that anyone will be willing to pay $14,700 plus his trading costs in order to buy those shares.

On the other hand, some idiot did sell me 10,000 shares for only 4.1¢ about a month ago.....
