You are spot on Parker! If this was trading on some know negative outcome in Arb this stock would be sub $1 in a hurry on huge volume not 100K. This is just the slow trickle south as I think many know dilution is coming any day as cvm continues to get milked to its slow death. Any ARB decision will be marked by large volume and a share price either up substantially or down substantially, due to investors knowing either more dilution or no more dilution before a phase 3 comes to a conclusion.
