The same wallstreet that caused the housing bubble in 2009? The same wallstreet that supported Enron? The same wallstreet that needed a bailout from the Fed?
China just launched the petro yuan today. Also the central banks are unloading(dumping) their balance sheets. Wallstreet has their hands full trying to manage these situations. But I'm sure as MMEX starts to make some noise they will take notice.
