If all is good in Chi Town, Holy Cow... Who knows how many other cities may use VPER to outfit theirs and then $$$$$$$...? Worth the few hundredths of a penny it costs now to be in. Investing in the future. Imo

Where was Chicago ever mentioned other than being the headquarters of GSI?
Anything going on with GSI was started with GSI. Nothing to do with VPER, so even if Chicago was involved, VPER had nothing to do with putting that deal together.
When does VPER issue that 500 million shares to whomever owned GSI? Where are they going to get that $10 million over 3 years?
GSI rents an address and possibly a small office in Willis Tower. Nothing big. Just for show.
