Look as though.... not. The ADR sucked today........didn't buy........and now a rough 5 point swing up........but would rather it fall another 10-20 points.

It's a "swing play" mainly in HK.....the ADR is a bit trickier. Seems the GOV' is more concerned about double listing in Mongolia and Hong Kong than establishing the Consortium and rail for Tavan!

Build the rail..for God's sake!
