With all due respect bigballer, I've seen scams go on for well over a decade and could point them out to you here on Ihub. This one is no different than those, but I have a feeling due to the PR's release, there is no safe harbor statement that can protect them now.
Remember, Madoff was a scam for three+ decades. Considerably smarter than these guys, but it is a comparable.
