Come on....he formed a new worthless company and gave himself 40% of it.....that worked out to a gift of $14.6M of shareholder's money. Then He pumped it as a real ongoing Company with over $30M in assets.

Sheesh.......

Ogburn has sure found a nice new group of friends at CXBS.
