Irony sir, nor are you a lawyer and seem to ignore legal process. Something that anyone with a rudamentary knowledge of law should know.

I would suggest all read the following, educate themselves on the rules of civil procedure and then ask, was all of this followed in the issue of the real party in interest.

It is quite apparent that the answer to that question is NO, since the PTAB usurped the procedure (and as I suggested, likely a calculated to move to add delays to the gaming of an NPE, knowing full well it would be remanded).

Given the procedure was not followed, there is not a decision for the CAFC (on the RPI issue) to reverse, that is a fact. The only decison to reverse is to ALLOW the correct procedure to take place and then review an opinion on that matter.

People here are putting the cart before the horse. All of the procedure in that document MUST be followed.
