Danny would be ducked if I joined ORCA in a disclosure action imo. I have a shitlaod of this POS and only a few mil would bring us to a meaningful threshold. I’ll call Delaware next week to get the bylaws. Let’s see if Danny is breaking his own rules related to disclosure.
