if kim takes less pay than he is owed, and he intends to forgive that debt, he would make damn sure everyone knew it and that fact would be listed in the 10k...

if kim takes less pay but intends to collect at some point, that debt would be added to the money kblb owed him...

if you don’t see either, then kim took his full pay...it’s that simple..
