I dont have enough information to ascertain. Banro's reaction as you describe, I don’t know how and in what manner it was delivered. Did Banro already file an Answer to Llepard’s Complaint? Seems too soon for that, yet maybe. Banro’s response that Complaint is in the U.S. and not of weight or jurisdiction under Canadian law, this came how? If not in their Answer then fairly meaningless, seems to me. Again, I don’t have enough information to know, and you’re only suggestive in supplying it.
