Actually no not at this amount of shares. But if the rate continues they will have no choice. So far we cant get a firm update on when the dilution will stop. The dude raised the ceiling to 10B shares so if true there are 1.3B out now then there is room. I have seen 1-3B share stinkers trading at a dime. So there is hope...
